Ellen has been the Managing Director of Dudley Surveyors Limited since 1992 and is responsible for its overall management and the development of its surveying and advisory services. She obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management from Greenwich University UK. She is a Professional Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Professional Member of Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors and Registered Professional Surveyor and possesses over 28 years real estate valuation and surveying experience in Hong Kong and the PRC. She is also a Registered China Real Estate Appraiser. |

Lap has accumulated a wide spectrum of experience in corporate finance, corporate planning, corporate restructuring, contract management, personnel management, international trade and project tendering. His project expertise includes all the key areas of corporate assembly from start up to financial feasibility and implementation. His responsibilities include client management and supervision and the monitoring of the valuation team. He is also a provider of mediation services, being fully accredited with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre |

Dora is responsible for key land consultancy projects. Before joining DSL in2007, she worked for many years in valuation and land administration with the Hong Kong Government. She worked in various urban and NT District Lands Offices and headquarter sections of the Lands Department such as the Valuation Section, Acquisition Section, Property Management Office and the Land Supply and Redevelopment Section. As Assistant Secretary at the Housing, Planning and Lands Bureau, she was responsible for administering urban renewal policies in 2003 and 2004.

Kai Ming began his surveying career in 1973 with the Rating & Valuation Department. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1984 and was appointed a Rating & Valuation Surveyor in 1985 after which he acquired wide experience in valuation, rent control legislation and leasing matters. He later joined the Housing Department and was involved in a variety of housing development and land related matters. Kai Ming was also a Designated Premium Assessor for the Director of Housing from 2004 until 2008. |

Yue Bun joined DSL in 1998. He has accumulated extensive valuation experience over the past 42 years, of which 32 years have been served in a post-qualification professional or senior professional capacity in surveying and in rental and capital valuations. He worked in the Rating & Valuation Department for many years and held the post of Senior Valuation Surveyor until 1996. Yue Bun is also a Designated Premium Assessor for the Director of Housing and was an Expert Advisor for the Planning Department’s Lok Ma Chau Public Engagement Exercise completed in October 2008. |

Ray earned his BA in English at Manchester University in 1972 and immediately entered the media field. He arrived in Hong Kong from the UK in 1978 and for the past 32 years he has pursued a career in communications and marketing. He is also an award-winning copywriter, journalist and music critic. Ray has worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan for several 4As advertising agencies including Bates Advertising, Batey Ads and Saatchi and Saatchi. He now applies the experience he has gained in the Asian business arena to Dudley Surveyors' marketing needs. |

Raymond began his career in 1993 assessing open market values and rental values of properties in Hong Kong and in the PRC. He later established his own business, working extensively on land exchange, premium assessment and town planning applications and attended court hearings as an expert witness. During his career, Raymond has gained extensive experience in New Territories land matters and wide knowledge of the Macau property market. His role at DSL includes supervision of the valuation team, maintaining the quality of valuation work and assisting the Managing Director in effecting the company’s marketing strategy. |

Kennith is a key component of DSL’s Town Planning and Lands Services, having almost 10 years planning and property development consultancy experience in Hong Kong and the PRC. As a Town Planner, he has been involved in master planning projects, urban design projects, transport planning projects, planning studies and hotel, science park and tourism projects in Hong Kong and the PRC. He joined DSL in 2007 and is primarily involved in planning and development research projects, housing development and lands related matters. Kennith has prepared and submitted scores of planning applications (Section 16 Planning Applications) and applications for amendments to statutory plans (Rezoning Request) and is well acquainted with the statutory system and land administrative system. |

Frankie worked for the Rating and Valuation Department for 25 years where he was responsible for conducting annual vacancy surveys for the territory and assessing the market value and market rental for various kinds of properties. Mr. Lam joined DSL in 2004 as a senior valuer, responsible for conducting annual research of property market values for all the Housing Society’s and Housing Authority’s Home Purchase Scheme and Private Participate Purchase Scheme developments. Since 2004 he has also been responsible for collecting, compiling and analyzing property information for more than 1,300 properties per year for the Housing Authority premium assessment services. |

Sky gained her Bachelor of Engineering Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia in 2008. In a career beginning in 2005, she has gained considerable experience in project management and a range of surveying disciplines, including quantity surveying and land surveying. She joined DSL in 2010. |

Jabfrey obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying from the University of Hong Kong. Since his graduation in 2008, his focus has been on property consultancy and he has gained experience in property valuation and commercial agency projects. Jabfrey is responsible for lands resumption consultancy services, compensation claims and general valuation at DSL. He is a probationary member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. |

Cass graduated from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) since when she has pursued a career in marketing. She joined DSL in 2009 and her major responsibilities include the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy, driving DSL’s database marketing effort and managing a variety of special projects. |

Mandy graduated from the University of Birmingham, UK with a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2009. She joined Dudley Surveyors Limited in 2009 and is involved in the execution of marketing planning and strategy. In addition, she is responsible for customer relationship management and the provision of after sales services. Currently, Mandy is managing various Collective Sale and Acquisition Projects in respect of old buildings in Hong Kong. |
