The DSL town planning and land matters team provides specialised planning advice on the development or redevelopment feasibility of lands and properties. DSL is regularly consulted by Government departments to carry out Public Engagement Exercises to determine the views of the public and other stakeholders on the optimal use of land.

In 2008, we were appointed by the HKSAR Planning Department to design, prepare and undertake a Public Engagement Exercise to collect community views and aspirations in Hong Kong on possible future land uses for the Lok Ma Chau Loop.
