Our surveyors are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are certified by the governments of Canada, Australia and other countries in providing property valuation services during asset reviews. In addition, we also provide property valuation reports for the purposes of calculation of capital gains tax.

In order to more fully assess the value of properties, in addition to referencing comparable property transactions on the market, we also carry on-site inspection to inspect in detail the decoration, layout, landscape and usage conditions of the property and other value-added items within the unit.
